I am Elizabeth Sykes (she/her), T-LMFT and I’m so glad you are here with me in this safe space.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am here to support those who are seeking personal growth, healing, or help navigating life’s transitions and challenges. Whether you’re reevaluating your relationship, trying to improve communication, or seeking to heal from substance use or past trauma, I’m here to guide you through these processes with a holistic approach.

For couples and families facing confusion or conflict I offer a safe space to establish boundaries, resolve issues honestly, and work towards greater harmony. If you feel unfulfilled or believe you are meant for more, I am here to watch you trust yourself again, unlock your potential, find greater purpose, and live a more authentic and meaningful life that feels true to you.

This step takes courage, and I am dedicated to addressing the hard things; the deep impacts of families of origin, childhood trauma, emotional wounds and more.

In individual therapy for adults and adolescents ages 12 and up, these one-on-one sessions are tailored to address each client's unique needs and goals, offering support and guidance as you navigate life's challenges. 

Go Deeper With Conscious Relationship Therapy

These sessions emphasize the importance of self-awareness, mindfulness, and personal growth within the context of the relationship. Couples learn to recognize and take responsibility for their own emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, while also developing empathy and understanding for their partner's experiences. 

Transform With Family Therapy

In family therapy, multiple family members attend sessions together and are guided to identify and understand the patterns, roles, and dynamics that contribute to their distress, then develop new ways of interacting and supporting one another.
